RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that Mi Concept does not accept cancellations or returns, except for faulty items with manufacturing flaws. For further assistance, please contact our team at info@miconcept-sa.com.

Faulty items will only be accepted if they are visibly damaged upon delivery or exhibit a manufacturing fault within a period of 3 days after delivery. All returned items will undergo inspection, and those demonstrating fair wear and tear will not be considered faulty.

Please be aware that we can only exchange faulty items for the same item, subject to availability.
